1. THE AGENT PROFILE First, let's confirm you are in the right place. You likely arrived here because you feel "out of sync." You are successful on paper, but you feel like a "glitch" in the system. You are masking to survive. You see patterns others miss. You are an Undercover Agent. The world thinks you are just an employee or a leader. But you know you are here for a different assignment. If you are tired of the noise and the hustle, this is your Outpost.

2. THE DIAGNOSIS Why you feel like a glitch. Here is the Truth: You cannot stop producing fruit. And you cannot stop being formed. Every day, your Habits, your Relationships, the Stories you tell yourself, and your Environment are shaping you.

But the engine of your life has a center. The Throne Room. Whatever sits on that Throne drives your Formation.

• If it’s "Success," you will be formed into a machine.
• If it’s "Fear," you will be formed into a fortress.
• If it’s Jesus, you will be formed into a Son or Daughter.

I built this system to help you retake the Throne Room.

3. THE FRAMEWORK Check your Fruit. You have Favour (Gifts) and Fire (Passion). But are you using them to burn yourself out, or to light up your Field?

4. THE GATEWAY Know Your Enemy. To retake the Throne, you need to know who is fighting for it. There is a war in your head between two voices: Victor (The Kingdom Authority) and Alex (The Anxiety).

5. THE INTERFACE (A.R.G.) Help when I am offline. I am the Lighthouse. My assignment is to stay on the rock and shine the light. I am simply obeying what God put on my heart. But I cannot be everywhere. So I built A.R.G. (The Apprentice’s (mostly) Reliable Guide). It is the "Old Guard" intelligence designed to help you self-navigate when I am not around.

6. ABOUT THE KFA Why listen to me?

I am John Michael. I am the Kingdom Formation Architect (KFA). I am not a Guru. I don't have a "secret formula" to make you rich. My job is to look at the blueprints of Reality and show you where the structural integrity is failing.

I am a Lighthouse. On July 4, 2014, I flatlined. I saw the Reality behind the curtain. Since then, my assignment has been simple: Stay on the rock, shine the light, and hand out the maps to the Agents in the field.
