Why can't you stop?
You're tired in a way that a holiday doesn't fix. Find the mirror below that sounds uncomfortably like your Tuesday, and click it…
You can't change direction until you change who is on the Throne.
You are running a high-performance engine on contaminated fuel.
The standard corporate operating system is broken. It demands your soul and returns only executive burnout. You cannot outwork a biological stress loop. You cannot fix a spiritual famine with more marketplace metrics. You must install a completely new architecture.
The marketplace tells you to maximise your potential. That is a trap. It tells you to close the gap between your current ability and your next promotion using sheer willpower and endless grind.
The marketplace measures success. The Kingdom measures faithfulness. They are not the same thing. They never were.
To stop producing withered fruit and start walking in true, seasonal purpose, you need a completely new map.
Welcome to the Insiders Journey.

Before you can move, you need to know where you are.
The PPS is a living, expanding map of your Kingdom trajectory. It plots your position on two axes.
Favour (vertical): Your skill, capability, and context. Low Favour means you are in the wrong field: the work is hard, misaligned, and frustrating. High Favour means you are in the right field: the work flows because you are built for it.
Fire (vertical): Your internal drive and motivation. Low Fire means you are running on fumes: depleted, disengaged, surviving. High Fire means you are energised: driven, hungry, and moving.
Your position on this map is not fixed. It is seasonal. And it is determined, more than anything else, by who sits on the Throne of your life.
The Throne is the chosen authority at the control centre of your will. It is always occupied. It is never neutral. Not choosing is agreement.
Who or what sits on your Throne:
Two authorities compete for the Throne: Self/World (ego, culture, fear, success, comfort) and God (truth, identity, purpose, Spirit, surrender). The first leads to performance and control. The second leads to surrender and dependence.
You cannot change your zone until you change who is on your Throne.

Every zone sits within the Performance Field: the territory built entirely on self-reliance. This is where most marketplace leaders spend their entire careers.
The Depleted Zone (Low Favour, Low Fire) Low energy. Low capacity. Survival mode. You are operating outside your natural gifts in complete misalignment. Stuck and discouraged. Risk: Hopelessness. Stagnation. Long-term decline.
The Grinding Zone (Low Favour, High Fire) High effort. High friction. You have immense drive but you are in the wrong field, forcing results that will not come. Unsustainable. Risk: Burnout. Breakdown. Short-term gain, long-term cost.
The Coasting Zone (High Favour, Low Fire) Comfortable but unfulfilled. You are highly capable and well-placed, but your fire is running on fumes. Under-stimulating your calling. Risk: Wasted potential. Slow decline.
The Threshold Zone (High Favour, High Fire) Maximum capability. Maximum drive. Profound restlessness. You have everything the world says should make you happy, yet you know something bigger is missing. This is the limit of self-reliance. The Wall is right in front of you. Risk: Hit the Wall. Burn out. Reinvest in self-strength and go backward.
The Wall separates the Performance Field from everything beyond it. It is built on self-effort. Its limit is self-strength.
Most leaders hit the Wall and reinvest in themselves: more skills, more hustle, more therapy, more strategy. That keeps them in the Performance Field.
Crossing the Wall requires something the Performance Field cannot produce: surrender.
Beyond the Wall is The Gap: total dependence on God. This is not a zone. It is a different way of operating entirely. Surrendered. Spirit-led. Purpose-driven. Fruit-proven.
Your Seasonal Purpose sits entirely off the chart. It is always beyond your current Favour and Fire. If your goal can be achieved using your own skills, your own money, and your own strength, it is too small. It is just a project.
True purpose requires you to walk to the absolute edge of your capability and step off into the void. Where you are weak, He is strong.
And because your Favour and Fire are always expanding, the edge of the chart is always moving. You never arrive. You simply surrender anew to the next season.
The entire Insiders Journey is built on a single framework: HOW.
This is not a programme of information. It is a practice of formation. Every day. For 168 days across four challenges.
H: Heal — Overcome past hurts. Identify and replace the lies you have believed.
O: ONE Thing — Do the one thing needful. Sit with Jesus. Let the Kingdom Lens reframe how you see your day (Luke 10:41–42).
W: Walk — Abide with Jesus. Be with Him. Become like Him. Do what He did.
Every single day of the Insiders Journey follows this spine. The frameworks you will learn are not additions to HOW. They are the mechanics of it.
True transformation is not a weekend seminar. It requires daily, deliberate surrender. Each challenge builds the specific scaffolding required to survive the next. We do not rush the deep work. We build the foundation first.
Framework: PCPCR
HOW focus: Heal — Installing the brakes
Objective: Stop the biological stress loop and establish the daily rhythm of surrender.
You arrive running on contaminated fuel. Your amygdala is hijacked by the constant demands of performance. Before anything else can change, you need brakes.
This challenge introduces the PCPCR protocol as your daily journalling practice. Every day you will work through five precise steps to short-circuit reactive decision-making and begin the healing process.
Forty-two days of this proves one thing: you can actually step off the treadmill. That is not a small thing. For most marketplace leaders, it is the first real evidence that a different way of operating is possible.
Framework: ICU
HOW focus: ONE Thing — Learning to see rightly
Objective: Build the capacity for compassion before you turn it inward.
Before you can safely audit your own past, you must learn how to see through the lens of grace. Without it, the enemy will use your history to crush you the moment you look inward.
The ICU framework teaches you to see every person — colleague, competitor, family member, enemy — through three lenses:
In this challenge, you practice ICU externally. You apply it to the people around you, including the ones who have hurt you. This builds the muscle memory you will need in Challenge 4, when you must extend that exact same grace to yourself.
The daily devotional, your ONE thing, uses the Kingdom Lens on Scripture to train your eyes to see what God sees before you see what the world sees.
Framework: The Ability Codex
HOW focus: Walk — Seeing the road you have already walked
Objective: Reveal the formation already at work and name the abilities being built.
Here is what you need to know at the start of Challenge 3: you have already been doing this for three months.
The PCPCR practice was healing you. The ICU practice was forming you. You were walking with Jesus before you had a name for it. Challenge 3 simply shows you the road you have already been walking and names what has been growing in you.
The Ability Codex reframes what the marketplace calls burdens: responsibility, accountability, vulnerability, and others. These are not compliance demands. They are active abilities you have been building. You are at choice, not at obligation.
By naming these abilities deliberately, you see your own formation clearly for the first time. You also receive the tools required to survive Challenge 4.
Framework: The Purpose Challenge
HOW focus: Walk — Crossing the Gap
Objective: Oust the squatter from the Throne, cross The Gap, and uncover your true seasonal purpose.
This is the spiritual surgery. It is the most demanding work of the entire journey, and it is only possible because of what the previous three challenges built in you.
Here is the Kingdom reality that frames everything in this final stage:
No growth without change. No change without loss. No loss without grief. No grief without pain.
In this challenge, you face the absolute limit of your self-reliance. You audit your Throne: who or what has sat there, and when, and what it cost you. You grieve the loss of the false identity you built in the Performance Field. You face the lies you have believed since early formation.
And then, because you have built the capacity to withstand it, you cross the Wall of Performance. You step into the void of total dependence on God. You discover the specific assignment He has for you in this season.
Not the assignment you planned. Not the assignment the marketplace validated. The one He prepared before you were born.
Beyond the Gap, different rules apply. It is not about you. It is not sustained by your effort. Fruit is the only evidence that matters, and it is His to produce.
The entire six-month journey is anchored by the PPS Diagnostic.
Day One: You take the diagnostic before anything else. This is your baseline. It exposes your operating reality without self-deception. It plots your exact coordinates on the Performance Field: Depleted, Grinding, Coasting, or Threshold. Truth over feelings. Precision over assumption. Clarity before change.
Day 168: You retake the diagnostic at the conclusion of the journey. This is your proof. You will see your exact movement across the grid. Not a feeling. Not a testimony. A plotted point that shows where you were and where you are now.
The diagnostic does not measure your potential. It measures your reality. And reality is where transformation begins.
You are not behind. You are in a season.
The question is simply: which one?
Take the PPS Diagnostic to find out where you are right now. Then begin Challenge 1.
One day. One practice. One step toward the Gap.
